Just because you relapse yesterday doesn’t mean you can’t start again. I screwed up a lot before it finally stuck. You’re gonna feel like shit for a bit but you have to push through and remember you won’t feel that shitty forever. It does get better, you just have to hang in there. What helped me was having a good routine I stuck with through out the day. My mornings and afternoons and nights. Everything fit in the routine and it kept My mind straight. I switched to a non dph allergy pill and it helped ease some of the shitty feeling. Took melatonin for sleep. Took that for a about a month and now my sleeping is fine. If you fail try again. I was stuck on it for many many years. If I can do it anyone can. It won’t happen over night but you can do it.
